As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing hardware configurations, installing software, managing network systems, and training staff on correct operating procedures.

To ensure success as an IT Engineer, you should have extensive experience maintaining large-scale computer systems, the ability to project manage, and excellent troubleshooting skills. Ultimately, a top-level IT Engineer can design and maintain a dynamic and stable system to perfectly meet the needs of the company.

To ensure in time response to any Trouble Tickets as per SLA
To ensure “Zero” system down time
To provide highest quality work as per client requirement
المهارات
PARCS system Installation, Integration & Maintenance including:
Wi-Fi Network
CCTV System
Power System(UPS & Batteries)
Parking system (VMS/AVI/RFID/Parking Cameras/ANPR, Entry/Exit gates, etc.)
Emergency Calling systems(VOIP based)
Automatic Payment Machines
Etc.
Software/Web services customization as per requirement
Data Backup and Management
Identify and modify any SPOFs in the design
Maintain Security of the network and Database at all times
To communicate with client representative & attend meetings as required
To support CAD operator for preparing the design as per STC standard
Preventive and Corrective maintenance of all the mentioned systems
Any other task as per project requirement
Positive attitude
Valid Driver’s license.
