Offer application and technical support to the users.
Resolve the support requests and service tickets.
Diagnose and rectify any issues in computer hardware, software, services, and applications.
Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization.
Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.
المهارات
Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Through diploma certificate with related IT field.
He will be eligible for G13
