Your Main Responsibilities
• Assuming responsibility for the NTT program s examination compilation
• Ensuring that the selection of assessment questions/papers is appropriate to the relevant phase of training,
• Ensuring that the invigilation of assessments and conditions complies with awarding body requirements,
• Actively participating in, and coordinating:
• examination question database compilation
• examination database security and access
• Interpreting and applying relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures,
• Providing effective advice to the NTT staff and students in regards to competent authority regulatory requirements of examinations including conduct and appeal procedures,
• Ensuring examination system compliance against relevant regulatory body requirements,
• Ensuring the security of all NTT examination data, materials and intellectual property,
• Actively participating in audit processes of the NTT examination system,
• Analysing and interpreting statistical data and other information,
• Marking of the assessment papers using approved marking standards
Your Skills & Qualifications
• A degree or equivalent professional qualification in a Engineering or Technical
• 3 years experience of invigilating and administering City & Guilds (or other awarding bodies) exams
• A minimum of IELTS 6.0 across all four pillars
• Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Proven skills in in negotiation, developing cooperative relationships and problem solving through constructive communication
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
• Well-developed problem solving skills
• Ability to deal with sensitive issues and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
