Job Description: To provide routine analysis and benchmarking in several areas related to organization development (ie. manpower planning, business process and job evaluation) in order to provide data to enable informed decision-making by superiors. Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for the Organization Development Division to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Extracts data from SAP on manpower requirements and workforce demographics and prepares it for analysis. Assists in examining departmental manning levels and makes. simple calculations on required headcount to ensure continuous smooth operations. Ensures that evaluated jobs are correctly mapped on the grade structure and that the correct evaluation is reflected in SAP
