Qualifications and Experiences:
BS degree in IT with more than 3 years of related experience
Duties:
-Review IT/Telecom FEED design for: Data center, Server farm, Data network, WiFi network, Telephony network, Outside Plant Fiber Optic Cable network, Siren system, PAGA system, In Plant Communication System, Terrestrial Trunked Radio System, In-Building Structured Cabling Systems
-Review Industrial Security FEED design, in compliance with the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) Security (SEC) standards, for: Security Control Center, Gates, Security support buildings, Integrated Security Systems including: Intrusion Detection and Assessment System (IDAS), Security Access Control system, Video Surveillance system, Long Range Detection and Assessment System (LRDAS); Crash-control barriers, Over-vehicle and Under-vehicle Inspection systems
-Identify and review Telecommunications and Security interfaces with all other packages and stakeholders
-Coordinate requirements and permits with relevant stakeholders like the Royal Commission in Jubail, service providers, and local authorities
-Review the IT/Telcom and Security cost estimates
-Participate in IT/Telecom and Security bid evaluations
