Execute HR policies and programs including solving employee relations issues.
Ensure all HR polices, and transactions are complying with Saudi Labor Law.
Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of RG Associates.
Execute company’s compensation program for RG Associates.
Execute Performance Management System/Program for RG Associates.
Deliver recommendation of HR policies and procedures enhance the HR activities and Processes.
Execute benefits programs and related transactions such as (Vacations, Tickets, LIKE, Medical insurance …...etc).
Execute Employee Engagement programs such as (Activities, Orientation, Gathering … etc).
Execute Reward programs such as (Associate of the month/Year, Birthdays, Promotion, Increments, Bonus …… etc).
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling programs.
Ensure to provide new hires the proper requirements such as (stationery, Email, ID Card, Name tag, related forms, Handbook ……etc).
Manage and ensure Associates records and documents are in place and updated.
Ensure atomizing Associate’s records.
Responsible for the preparation and processing of bimonthly payroll for all associates. review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct other special payroll deductions. Also, provided all related earnings and deduction.
Reconciling the payroll and making the actual Earnings and Deductions.
Ensure all Bank Information is accurate for all associates and update it if needed.
Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, Finance and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system. Setup each employee, valid programs for each associate’s charges; monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll services.
Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to RG policy including compliance Saudi Labor Law regulations.
Ensure Entering all new hires data and update information for current associates.
Review and approve all associate’s requests in self services and ensure comply with RG and Saudi Labor law polices.
Conduct End of Services Settlements, exit interviews, clearance and deliver the outcome reports when requested.
Ensure comply with Saudi Labor law in all Payroll transactions.
Answer and clarify Associates on payroll and employee relation related inquiries.
Ensure proper coordination with EEC Government affairs and recruitment companies in related to Government services such as (Visas related, Iqama related, Exit-Re-enter, GOSI, Chamber of commerce ….etc).
Prepare all letters related to RG associates and ensure submitted on time.
Coordinate with Medical Insurance representatives (EEC and recruitment companies for all related transactions.
Conduct required investigation, disciplinary action to RG Associates in coordination with Head of HR.
Prepare the proper HR announcements such as (new joiners, newborn, HR Policies update, AOM, condolences ……etc).
Provide required and requested reports to Head of department. Analyze all reports and take the corrective actions if needed.
Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by Head of HR.
