We, for our client a chain of fast-food restaurants based in Saudi Arabia, are hiring a People Development Coach to take responsibility for people results for restaurant(s) assigned. Ensure Company Culture and Values are known, understood and lived by the Team. Protect, Nourish and Grow Team by implementing HRD and Training SOPs. Support restaurant operation by working on actual stations whenever required but not more than 25% of the total time.
Require Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidates have to be Bachelor in Human Resources Management & possess a minimum of 2 Years in
Field HR in Restaurant Operations or Hospitality.
