The ideal candidate will be accountable for upholding product quality and food safety standards 100% of the time. Train TMs, TLs and CTMs on operating procedures for
production area, food quality and food safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Microbiology/food technology or Bachelor in Hospitality & Restaurant Management.
