• Prepare reservation for the required raw materials required for the shift.
• Maintain the furnish mix & stable flow of pulp in both long & short fibre to machine co ordinatinating with machine tender.
• Recording the pulp ,chemical consumption and pulp inventory .
• Write the required report and logbook and checklist report for the assigned area.
• Monitor the chemical flow & pulp furnish mix to maintain the machine runnability, stability & target consumption/ as per Machine tender /supervisor
• Accountable for machine performance, runnability & required overall equipment efficiency.
• Responsible for good housekeeping in the work place , follow & involve in the lean manufacturing, 5S activities in assigned area.
• Perform initial trouble shooting for the machine whenever needed.
• Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.
Qualifications, Experience
• High School degree with 5 - 7 years of experience in the same field.
• Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Diploma with 1-3 Years of experience in the same field.
• Experience in paper mill or paper industry is Must.
• English Languages skills
• Knowledge in DCS operation
