Role Responsibility:
• Checks, inspects all the mechanical parts/equipment in the whole plant. Reports all abnormalities observed, notification generation against abnormalities.
• Check the oil levels, bearing temperature, couplings, and vibrations and cleaning all the mechanical parts/equipment.
• Implementation of routine Plant Maintenance checks including vibration & temperature inspections on designated rotating equipment and ensuring logging or recording of all readings; includes preliminary assessment and reportage on as found conditions.
• Equipment Problems Troubleshooting and Basic Root Cause Analysis and Development of Solutions.
• Removes defective parts by dismantling equipment.
• Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, callipers, micrometres, and other measuring instruments.
• Ensuring mechanical spare parts availability for scheduled and projected jobs inclusive of spare inventory (physical) checking and stock inspections.
• Ensures equipment, materials and tools are on-hand for work execution. Reports resources and time utilized, job scope expansion, rework or deferred maintenance as required; also keeping all tasks & activities logged and up-dated.
• Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.
Qualifications:
• High School degree with 5 - 7 years of experience.
• Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Diploma with 1-3 Years of previous experience.
• Experience in Paper, Mill & Tissue Manufacturing is Must.
• Fair English Languages skills
