Role Responsibility
• Design and evaluate new processes for achieving business objectives.
• Draw flowcharts to visualize the standards of the project’s processes.
• Study deeply the needed standards to be able to implement them.
• Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
• Designing and planning equipment layout.
• Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
• Provides inputs of the current operations and performs risk assessments.
• Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems
• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
• Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
• responsible for elimination of process losses (unplanned stops, material usage losses, break downs and process failures, quality losses) and for work place.
• Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
Position Requirements
Academic:
• Bachelor s degree in engineering.
Experience & Working Industry
• Proven 4 working experience as a process engineer.
• High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems.
• Paper machine installation experience is MUST.
• Experience in Paper, Mill & Tissue Manufacturing is Must.
• Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes.
