• 1 -3 years of experience in Paper, Mill & Tissue Manufacturing.
• Fair English languages skills
• High School degree with 1 -3 years of experience.
• Basic Troubleshooting.
• Interpersonal Skills.
• Result Oriented.
Will be responsible to:
• Prepares polymer and bleaching chemical solutions as required.
• Replaces empty chemical tote bins if necessary
• Prepares logbook for all chemical consumptions
• Drives bobcat (skid loader) to dump the pulper rejects into the designated area.
• Drives bobcat (skid loader) to assist the bale clamp driver on preparing loose waste into the pulper conveyor
• Carry out other task as instructed by the DIP supervisor
• Takes the required pulp samples and prepares hand sheets within the scheduled sampling time.
• Acquires printed result of de-inked pulp brightness testing in the dry-end laboratory and write the samples result in the daily monitoring log sheets.
• Cleans all equipment and areas of the de-inking plant
• Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.
