Coffee/Cafe Shop Supervisor
Job Location: Dammam
Description :
Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.
Familiar with food safety procedures such as temperature control, cross contamination, hygiene.
Good understanding and strict compliance to standard recipes.
Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Ability to handle the coffee shop, maintain it’s menu / products quality, and staff/crew.
Requirements:
Must have 2 - 4 years of local/commercial Coffee Shop experience.
Pleasing Personality
Knowledgeable in Food and Beverage procedures and all around business work acumen.
Hard working, easy to guide and willing to learn.
Good oral communications and interpersonal skills.
