The Impact You ll Make in this Role
As an Advanced Quality Engineer at 3M Dammam Manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
• Developing and implementing quality control systems and Determining quality improvement factors .
• Collaborating with operation team to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Implementing methods to inspect, test, Audit, and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment
• Lead the Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
• Preparing reports and summarizing data for management review
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in medical device industry
• Strong working knowledge of the need, function, and implementation of a medical device Quality Management System as applicable through the ISO 13485:2016, and other applicable standards, local regulations, and guidance.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
• Certification in Quality Assurance
• Ability to revise and/or draft standard operating procedure and templates for compliance to internal and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with technical documentation
• Investigation and Root cause analysis
• Statistical data / trending analysis on CAPA, Complaint, NCMR and other quality metrics
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
