About the role:

· Perform various complex duties classified as monitor, test, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and equipment; ensure equipment’s are regularly serviced and calibrated to company & quality standards.

You will be responsible to:

· Use various tools to calibrate electrical, mechanical, and electronic instruments and equipment.

· Ensure recording, measuring, and indicating devices and equipment meet established standards and consistently produce accurate and reliable results.

· Conduct Routine testing to determine if instruments and equipment are performing within established ranges.

· Calibration technicians analyze test data to make decisions about the need for calibration, repair, and maintenance.

· Conduct Regular maintenance to ensure IMTE meet performance and quality standards.

· Calibration technicians use systems and software to track, schedule, and perform maintenance tasks.

· Contribute to the repair of instruments, equipment, and control systems; by either repair or provide support to other individuals and throughout the repair process.

· Document service through reports and other paperwork. prepare calibration certificates, data reports, and provide recommendations to line managers.

· Alerts superior of potential emergencies immediately.

· Researches new parts and machinery for improved operations.

· Documents problematic environmental factors and working with the facility manager to correct the problem or reduce its impact.

· Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements.

About You:

Minimum Qualification:

· Diploma in Science of Engineering or Electronics discipline.

· Fair knowledge on ISO 17025 accredited laboratory and ISO 9001:2015 is added advantage.

Minimum Experience:

At least 6 years’ experience for diploma Holder
Valid local driver’s license is added advantage.
Good background in RF-electronics works using electronic IMTE. Background in Calibration or Testing LAB is a huge advantage.
