• Reporting to the Head of Service Management Office, this role will lead the Enterprise Architecture team for GTS. You will be responsible to design, maintain, and document the high-level technology architecture, based on corporate and business strategies and requirements.

•Drive stakeholder engagement together with Business Partners, Service Owners, and other architects to identify technology capabilities in relation to current and future business objectives, that reflects the business strategies and goals.
•Communicate the vision, principles, roadmaps, and Way We Work (WWW) of the Enterprise Architecture team to stakeholders, creating awareness and proactively addressing questions or concerns.
•Develop an Enterprise Architecture Plan (EAP) and practical roadmap to get a full view of the business technology, and analyze where architecture can be improved to reduce complexity, increase efficiency, and ensure reliability.
•Govern major aspects of the architecture of technology services, including components such as user interface, middleware, application, data and infrastructure layers.
•Blueprint and maintain documentation in relation to enterprise architecture design that includes, but not limited to: Design flow diagrams (RUP/UML), integration orchestration processes, QA release governance, and sunsetting processes/procedures.
•Oversee TRS/SDD, technology development, and implementation, in heavily regulated industries.
•Provide thought leadership in architecture and strategy conversations, and develop a forward-thinking view on how current and emerging technologies will impact the enterprise technology services.
The must have skills
•7 years experience in enterprise architecture in a multinational environment.
•Experience with architecture in the business domains of finance, procurement, human resource, customer relations, productivity systems, and software development.
•Knowledgeable in major technology trends, such as: SDWAN, SASE, endpoint virtualization, IoT, Zero Trust.
•Experience in solutioning and architecting in a SaaS and cloud environment, both (AWS and Azure; GCP is a plus), along with integrations to different systems and external applications.
•Experience in translating business requirements into a technology proposal.
•TOGAF 9 certified - with working knowledge of related standards/requirements.
•ITIL certified.

•Experience in scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Shell, NodeJS).
•Experience in business process automation.
•iTIL Expert (v3) / Managing Professional (v4) certified - working knowledge of implementing service managementpractices.
•COBIT 5 Foundation certified.
