Job Location: Dammam
Description :
Scheduling and overseeing all low current related work by managing a team of technicians
Ensuring that all Security Systems and low current operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
Ensuring the facility satisfies all industry regulations managing budgets forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for spare parts inventory
developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance strategy for the clients coordinating the completion of complex repairs
hiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance work and signing off on maintenance contracts looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs drafting maintenance reports.
Requirements:
8-10 Years in the same field
