Roles and Responsibilities
Distribution of projects budget to relevant departments for their perusal.
Organizing project kick-off meeting and distributing minutes of meeting
Preparation of risk management plan and action plan
Preparation and distribution of project schedule
Organizing progress review meetings and distributing minutes of meeting
Updating projects schedule, progress and cost reports including forecasts, defining the dray areas, and recommending the corrective actions.
Communication and coordination with clients and internal departments on various project matters including, progress updates, technical queries, test/inspection notifications, invoice/payments follow-ups, customer feedback and completion certificates etc.
Preparation, submission and follow-up of invoices approvals and payments.
Preparation of project closeout report mentioned the important point like schedules performance, cost performance, areas of improvements etc.
Preparation of change order request in case of change in project scope
Review of PO issued to suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure that the purchase is being made within the allocated budget.
