Job Responsibilities:

- Must be able to bring / generate business (Staffing) from Saudi Clients in IT / Banking / Non - IT domains.
Your must have BDM experience in one or more of the following industry verticals:
- IT
- Banking
- Financial Services / Banking / Insurance / Credit Cards / Debit Cards / Merchant

- Telecom / Radio Engineering Services
- Oil and Gas
- Construction
- Engineering services
- Airlines / Airport Services
- Healthcare / Hospital Services
- Govt. services / Support Services
- Logistics / Supply Chain
- Facility Management Services
- HR personnel / Office Administration / Secretarial / Clerical roles
- Must have experience in Saudi as BDM mainly in Staffing / Consulting / Services / Staffing sector
- Develop strategy to penetrate to current and new clients existing accounts at various locations through out all the Middle East countries
- Develop new man power / project proposals/ RFPs to clients mainly in Services - Staffing sector
- Develop consulting & Services strategy and business development with new clients/projects
- Deliver revenue and drive profitability mainly with 1 or more business verticals
- Identify technical/ Non Technical domain expertise and partnership with end clients / vendors
where there is an opportunity and grow for the company and project account and establish new client relationships
- Identify and Estimate service delivery risks and Develop design guidelines relating to project services
- Construct project delivery methods and practices to engineer value in service delivery at each business vertical
- Drives business goals and put structured plans / road maps and to achieve them over by timely results

- Must be dynamic & passionate to get the new clients/projects
- Highly committed towards getting the client’s projects and delivery
- Strong personality to bag the client’s trust and project delivery and roll out in the dynamic environment
- Passionate about Staffing / consulting / staffing services / projects delivery
- Must have previous / current - Gulf experience
- Should have good English - interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate / negotiate case for service delivery for client’s value for money
- Arabic speaking skills are advantageous
- Good presentation with basic computer usage abilities / project proposal writing skills
