1. Conduct maintenance check (regular / periodical preventative maintenance) for air-conditioning, heaters and coolers according to the working instructions for home services.
2. Install all types of air-conditioning and heaters according to the working instructions for home services.
3. Repair damage and dysfunctional air-conditioning, heaters and coolers according to the working instructions for home services.
4. Order the AC installation materials & spare parts required for installing & repairing the item according to the working instructions.
5. Control the consumption of the AC installation materials & spare parts at his custody.
6. Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.
7. Responsible for product handling while pulling out / delivery to customer s place.
8. Prepare home visit report for all the executed visits.
9. Preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss-use cases.
10. Prepare technical reports for defective ACs to be signed by the AC Services Supervisor.
11. Collect money from customers for chargeable cases and handover to the AC Services Supervisor.
12. Assure the implementation of the services SOPs in his daily activities
13. Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work
