Section A JOB PURPOSE
This position is to provide the applicants an opportunity within the Saudi National Technical Instructor Training Programme to become an instructor in TSI. The programme is designed to provide the applicant with the prequistes to becoming qualified instructor.
Section B RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION
A Diploma or equivalent in a technical discipline.
A graduate of an advanced military trade school or a civilian training establishment and have 5 years practical experience across a range of technical and engineering areas.
An overall IELTS band score 5.0 or equivalent (which will be assessed at interview).
Section C RECRUITMENT
To be recruited from BAE Systems KSA organisation or ex RSAF or ex-SNTTP, who has the relevant experience and has gained the necessary qualification in a technical discipline
Section D JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Actively participate in all classroom exercises and assessments.
• Complete all homework and assigments.
• Attend all programmed lessons.
• Sucessfully complete Instructor Qualification training in the allotted timeframe.
