Oversee deliverables quality, budgets, progress schedules, margins, costs, cash flows, and productivity rates.
Prepare and supervise objectives and action plans for all departments.
Supervise projects to make sure that work is done according to outlined specifications and conforming with approved budget & baseline.
Prepare competent monthly reports/dashboards for top management evaluation.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver their objectives.
Develop, train, motivate, and manage the performance of employees.
Evaluate divisions performance & skills gaps to recommend and implement new actions for improvements.
Oversee Projects planning and execution, efficient time management, and generate risks matrices.
Finalize estimations of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
Monitor proper implementation of ERP system.
Identify trends in the market concerning latest construction technologies and methodologies.
Liaise with the Procurement department to negotiate with approved vendors / suppliers and subcontractors for various supplies / material as per projects pre & post tender documents.
Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of contract documents to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements.
Ensure compliance to controlling frameworks and legal regulations in place.
Oversee client invoicing and accounting processes.
Ensure that engineers, supervisors, foremen, Charge hands, Technicians adhere to the health and safety policies of the company/projects requirements.
Assure quality standards are met and control any deviations to direct the corrective actions for all departments
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
Master’s degree in management or business administration is an advantage.
15 to 20 years of experience in construction industry and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in KSA.
Certified values-driven project management professional.
Firm foundation of the fundamentals of estimating and managing a construction project to meet its baseline and budget.
Projects control and problem-solving skills are essential.
ERP system improvement and implementation skills.
Awareness of innovative strategies and methodologies in construction.
Excellent analytical, administrative, and leadership abilities.
Ability to deliver high-performance within extremely tight timelines and precise goals.
Adequate financial management skills to control projects spending, cost allocation & optimization, and oversee cash flow forecasts.
Awareness of Health & safety policies & procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Efficient people management and workforce development skills.
Reasonable expertise in procurement operations control and plans to yield the best possible agreements and proper supply chain.
Risk management skills and ability to be Proactive by foreseeing potential risks and devise a plan to address them.
Negotiation and contractual skills to settle disputes and reach agreements between two or more stakeholders.
Ability to interpret business needs and projects specific conditions.
