Requirements :
Strong knowledge base for Lean manufacturing and 6 Sigma* Continuous Improvement background with Green Belt/Black BeltCertification is an advantage.* Risk Management with practical experience in FMEA with capability toinvestigate root cases of failures and create control plans.* Good knowledge on Quality Management system & OperationalPlanning & control in production environment* Ability to energize, coach and develop the team* Well-developed leadership and change management capabilities* SAP / ERP knowledge in Production ManagementUniversity degree, MSc or BSc preferably in mechanical or electricalEngineering, additional MBA is a benefit* At least 5 years of relevant experience in a management position inManufacturing/Operation Management* An experience in Saudi Market or a country of the Middle East, ispreferable* Must have worked in an international environment* Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and ideally also in Arabic.
