· Set-up and calibrate equipment, conduct tests with appropriate ANDT method.
· Conduct Tests, Interpret and evaluate test results according to procedures approved by NDT level III.
· Responsible for data acquisition during ANDT test and maintaining it on company computers
· Responsible for proper ANDT data interpretation and evaluation according to the reference standards.
· Responsible for proper ANDT test results reporting in accordance with RISAL forms.
· Responsible for executing the tests using the procedures and methods to determine quality of the tested components.
· Responsible for inspection duties, organizes and generates reports pertaining to inspection and evaluation.
· Setup techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
· Ensure that all inspection equipment is in good condition, functioning properly, and ready with all required accessories to use before starting job.
· Follow instructions given by his supervisor
· Direct and supervise the level I ANDT personnel and trainees.
· Attend and pass client exams and interviews whenever required
· Work in all RISAL job locations when needed
Support other NDT crews when needed
المهارات
Qualifications
Minimum diploma in engineering or science or related
Other qualification may consider based on his practical experience and performance (High school graduate with 1-2 years practical experience)
Holds at least Aramco NDT Level II Certification in one of the following: MFL, IRIS, RFT ,ECT, PAUT ,ToFD, AUT, Corrosion Mapping, MFL floor tank, SWC, or Remote visual inspection
Knowledge
• MS Office
Experience
Minimum 2 Year practical experience in the ANDT industry (preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC)
Other Requirements
Speaks and writes English clearly and informatively; Responds well to questions
Team work
Ability to follow directions and procedures
Driving license or ready to take up driving examinations in KSA or a Valid KSA driver’s license
