E&P;Support Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
To provide technical assistance and support related to E&P;computer systems, hardware and E&P;application. To respond to queries in addition to determine and implement solution. To act as a single point of contact for logging escalating, tracking resolving and reporting all EDD’s type of incidents and related requests of Exploration department applications. QC Exploration department corporate databases and update it with latest gathered data. Enhance E&P;application interface to match with users’ request.

المهارات
Minimum 4 years of experience in computer systems, E&P;applications and infrastructure.

Proven working experience in enterprise technical support. Strong experience in E&P;Applications

knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting
