we are hiring for the Position (Admin Rep) In Rabigh (petro Rabigh Company) project.
Key Responsibilities:
Over-all administration of company’s assets, equipment.
Maintenance of office building and its facilities.
Company cars fleet and drivers management.
Company residences/ office lease Management incl. renewal, payment, report, update and follow up.
Administration of lease hold residences for expatriates.
Various insurance matters (medical and property) incl. renewal, adding\deleting members.
Logistics (flight/Hotel/transportation/visa) arrangements.
Events arrangement.
Overseen and administering employees’ mobile bills and office as well.
Asset HR manager in various HR matter incl. preparing monthly payroll.
المهارات
Key Requirements:
Excellent communications skills (verbal, written and listening) in English “Fluent in English is a must”.
Good team working skills whilst having the ability to work independently.
Advanced command of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative. Should be a self-motivated and reliable individual.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
