Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization.
Play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.
Accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project.
Running vendor management process to ensure the Company s data security.
Developing project plans, goals, and budgets.
Developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
Employee is required to be on-call as necessary.
Traveling to remote locations including offshore rigs is required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Management Information System (MIS) with minimum of 12 years of working experience in the field of IT startup projects.
Experience with project management software tools.
Experience working with Integration tasks with 3rd party applications and Active Directories, Lobbies & system solution manager configurations.
