Job Purpose
Specialist jobs is characterized by the ability to provide high levels of trouble shooting and complex problem-solving skills in order to support Instrumentation maintenance team.
Role responsibilities:
• Preventive maintenance of Instrument equipment
• Routine maintenance of Instrument equipment
• Field Testing
• Technical support for complex Instrument issues
• Maintenance system review
• Turnaround planning
• Troubleshooting with Instrument and PLC equipment
• Maintenance Documentation
• Maintenance planning
• Co-ordination with operations, reliability and engineering
• Health, Safety and Environment
• Responsible care and IMRS
• Able to deliver training for Instrument personnel
• Spare part standardization
• Assistance with MOC
Qualification and Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation and Control
• At least 12 to 15 years of Operational experience in Maintenance in Petrochemical Plant will be an advantage
