Job PurposeThe main purpose of the Facility Management Officer is to oversee the facilities at Rawabi Holding Tower ensuring that the tower and its services meet the requirements of the company and its employees and the surrounding environment is in a suitable and functional condition.

المهارات
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications- BA in Business Management, Hospitality Management or related business degree

- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar or related role

- Fluent in English (Oral and written), Arabic is a plus

- Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Decision-making

- Ability to lead and manage teams and projects

- Teamwork

- Attention to details but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture

- Commercial awareness

- Customer service

- Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload

- Computer literate
