Digital Mobility UI/UX Expert
Location: Saudi Arabia
Contract: This is a permanent position

Our Land Mobility is implementing the first truly sustainable and seamlessly connected mobility system powered by 100% renewable energy, deploying zero-emission vehicles across all urban and regional mobility modes. We want you to be part of this exciting new project and for that we have partnered with Airswift to support us with our recruitment.
Key Responsibilities and background:
Run primary and secondary user research and identify jobs to be done
Organize and facilitate design thinking workshops that combined divergent and convergent thinking to unpack user goals and possible answers to address them
Develop and maintain personas and customer journeys, keep them up-to-date and derive requirements for digital mobility services
Liaise with digital platform product management and technical stakeholders to design viable and realistic experiences
Develop wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows
Design modern and future-oriented detailed digital user interfaces for integrated mobility services as needed
Plan, develop and monitor UX prototypes / concepts
Develop and monitor a sophisticated and sensitive user feedback process to use as an input to user experience designs
Conduct usability testing of existing and future digital mobility services, propose practical enhancements to user experience
Assist in generating appealing and user-oriented content
Conduct digital mobility solution user experience benchmarking
Collaborate with UI implementation partners to guide them in creating easy-to-use digital mobility experiences
Critical Skills & Personal Attributes:
Graduate / postgraduate degree in a related discipline (e.g., visual design)
Project experience (incl. academic context) in related design projects
Complete fluency in English is required
Complete fluency in Arabic and other languages will be an advantage
High proficiency with wireframing and design tools (Figma is preferred)
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel and Word), with knowledge in other presentational and organizational products or multi-media tools being an advantage
Extensive experience in Design Thinking / Human Centric Design
Extensive experience in facilitating user experience workshops
Extensive experience in running primary and secondary user research
Extensive experience in using modern wireframing and UI design tools
Extensive experience in designing user experiences for multi-cultural end users
Exceptional understanding of user psychology and ability to see the world with users’ eyes
Good knowledge about UX in context of digital mobility solutions
