الوصف الوظيفي Marketing & Commercial Manager Key Accountabilities Main Responsibilities * Develop platforms and templates to monitor key market trends as well as to predict future market trends including activities, pricing and spend. * Develop, shape, and implement commercial and marketing strategy, to ensure that the company’s reputation and brand are promoted and upheld and that all outgoing communications are aligned with its strategy, culture, values. * Monitor contracts and RPOs and provide regular updates to the relevant stakeholders. * Perform regular checks on our pricing profitability and customer satisfaction * In collaboration with TAQA Group Corporate Communication, manage the production and dissemination to promote TWS within the industry. * Create and manage marketing and sales content/materials such as presentations, brochures, posters, etc.. in accordance with approved corporate identity guidelines. * Devise, maintain and analyze database for customers and commercial activities, for instance, tenders, bids, discounts etc. * Keep abreast of best practices by ensuring their applicability to TWS strategy in order to maintain highest standards of excellence within the organization. * Manage internal relationships in order to gather internal stakeholders’ requirements and inputs and to support them through targeted activities. * Manage external relationships with agencies where appropriate, and provide input in the regular evaluation and tendering processes when necessary. * Continuously monitor Commercial and Marketing systems, processes and workflows in order to identify improvement opportunities; * Review and implement recommendations, as deemed applicable, to achieve cost and operational efficiencies. * Manage the development of the policies and procedures of the function and ensure they are constantly reviewed and enhanced, and properly documented, so that full compliance and adherence to the rules, policies and procedures is achieved and that the changing needs of the function and organization are met. * Provide guidance, encourage teamwork, provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal, and facilitate work processes to ensure reliable outcomes, achieve high performance standards and motivate staff and retain staff. * Contribute to the development of Company’s QHSE policies and culture while ensuring compliance with all relevant QHSE policies, processes, procedures and controls across TAQA. * Manage self and motivate team during a change and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment. Education / Qualifications * Required: BS in engineering, science, or equivalent. * Required: 20 years of experience in a similar function with at least 10 years experience with oilfield services. * Preferred: Prior experience in a similar position in a globally recognized organization in the Oilfield services, energy, or similar sectors https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/marketing-commercial-manager-64461503/ |
