الوصف الوظيفي Experience Minimum 12 years’ experience as supervisor in maintenance of static equipment such as Boilers, Heat exchangers, coolers, Reactors, Columns, Tanks, Vessels, Piping components, Piping systems and Valves Area Superintendent Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent * Assist in analysis of mechanical failures and recommend for corrective action * Must be able to read and understand process P&ID;,s and piping isometric drawings. * Must be able to take field measurements fabricate and install screwed piping systems. * Must be strong in Mechanical Static equipment and piping systems * Must be able to read understand, interpret and speak English * Must be organized and proactive * Must be willing to assist and support other crafts as needed to meet schedule requirements as Organize and supervise the daily maintenance actives in the assigned area* Maintain all static equipment in fit to operate condition to avoid* Organize manpower resources, equipment and material availability* Arrange necessary work permits before starting work* * Available for call out per site requirement’s Provide technical advice to supervisor and technicians to use proper tools and equipment* Co-ordinate with operations, maintenance planning and technical department to execute and complete assigned work* Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained* Monitor all ongoing work and update the progress to Area superintendent* Lead/Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress* Maintain compliance with company standards and* Conduct Tool box talk before commencing work* Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work conditions recognition and the proper use of PPE* https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/mechanical-foreman-static-64461488/ |
