الوصف الوظيفي Senior Technician - Frac Key Accountabilities Main Responsibilities Job Development * Assist the field supervisor during job preparation, to ensure resources meet job specifications and internal quality requirements. * Perform job activities and operational maintenance as per the approved job design and procedures by operating all types of equipment (including complex ones), to complete jobs on-time and resolve related issues, while ensuring adherence to required standards and procedures. * Attend periodic meetings with team, client representatives and/or third-party personnel to ensure job progress is on track, and resolve issues in a proactive manner. * Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner * Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense. * Ensure adherence to Management of Change process, by obtaining required approvals and communicating to key stakeholders prior to changing any pre-planned or procedural. * Adhere to all relevant QHSSE procedures, instructions and controls so that TAQA provides a safe, best in class, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its employees. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across one’s scope of work in order to achieve the Group’s mission, vision and strategy. * Manage self during a change and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practices and changes in the competitive environment.
