الوصف الوظيفي Provide marketing and communication support to the hotel by helping to manage and implement all marketing activities from Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia initiatives down to local ones in the region. Manage the communication to numerous internal and external stakeholders, including corporate sales & marketing teams, hotel colleagues, Area Commercial Forums (ACF), Area Sales Forum (ASF) on information or other established processes. Contact point for agencies and suppliers, ensuring briefs are accurate and appropriate and that work is carried out according to specification and timelines. Support the marketing annual budgeting and marketing planning process. This role will require an independent, creative and striving mind-set in addition to that Fluent English is needed. Marketing Programme Implementation: Support the delivery of marketing programmes as well as pan-area marketing activities / campaigns in the region in agreement with the regional Lead Area Marketing Teams. Committee Management: Support to manage activities of the local Area Commercial Forum (ACF) as well as Area Sales Forum (ASF) of the region. Help to ensure activities are implemented on time within agreed budgets and in alignment with the Committees. Internal & external communications support: Support the department in creating and delivering effective communications to all relevant stakeholders, via several communication channels, marketing newsletters, sales support, translations of key documentation, and much more. Sales Support: Act as the marketing support for the regional sales forums and help to make sure communication of all marketing activities are fully supported by them. Education Degree level education, ideally with a business/marketing element or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience Required Skills/Qualifications 1-2 year’s+ experience in marketing and/or sales in the hotel or travel industry preferred the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns How do I deliver this?
