On behalf of a well-established Saudi Spare Parts Automotive Manufacturer we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager.
Based at their Eastern Province operations you will develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand their customer base.
Prepare operational and sales department reports.
Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure & profitability.
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Min experience 10 years in the same field.
Expert in sales of automotive spare parts.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
