الوصف الوظيفي Job Description and Qualifications PROJECT SUMMARY Air Products, ACWA Power and NEOM have entered into a Joint Venture agreement and together established the NEOM GREEN HYDROGEN COMPANY (NGHC). The Company will be Owner and Operator of the world’s first and largest green hydrogen project at an estimated capital investment of USD $ 5bn. This unique project will be a fore-runner in green hydrogen-based ammonia production and will serve the new and growing global Hydrogen markets. The facility will be sited in NEOM, KSA and will be powered by more than 4GW of renewable solar, wind and battery storage. The project is scheduled to be onstream in 2026. POSITION SUMMARY An opportunity is now available for a Manager of Materials Management (MM) for the NGHC facility. The position will manage the “hard goods” availability such that there is an optimised balance between the cost of plant/equipment unavailability (plus the associated costs) This is achieved by: Determine the correct level of spare parts holding for each plant/unit and the location in which they should be held. Purchase and store those spare parts deemed necessary. The incumbent will report initiallity to the VP of Operations and at a later stage in the project to the Director of Supply Chain for NGHC who in turn reports to the CEO. The Manager of MM will lead a Materials Management/Warehouse team. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and participate in the provisioning of a “hard goods” Materials Management service to the NGHC Facility. Primary activities include: A - Provisioning - Lead in this functional role. Determine/verify the correct level of spare parts holding to meet the business needs. Use this to develop the final spare parts Budget for the Facility. Decision on what spares to purchase is based on: - cost of spares, availability, delivery times - probability of requirements - shared “system” spares, interchangeability - vendor stocking programs and responsibilities - cost and impact of plants/equipment downtime Bill of Materials creation in the ERP System and set up of stores and warehousing B - Inventory Analysis Lead this functional role Analysis of stock demand patterns and trends to optimize inventory holdings to match the requirements of each business.
