JOB PURPOSE

o To manage aircraft Compliance with regulatory Rules / AD’s 7 Mandatory requirements and implement OEMs upgrades and alterations and Conduct Reliability Analysis and Study to improve aircraft systems operation. Evaluate aircraft structure defects/problems and recommend effective solution/change to aircraft maintenance program to achieve the highest reliability for SV fleet cabin.
Job Specific

Comply with regulatory Rules / AD’s / Mandatory requirements.
Conduct Reliability Analysis and Study.
Monitor aircraft health chronic fleet (fleet history), to enhance OTP by correcting repeated problem on SV fleets.
Ensure that local modification/alterations done on any leased equipment ere having pre-concurrence of lessor.
Review Aircraft lease agreement, and ensure that functions related to contract terms and conditions in this agreement, and falls within the department responsibilities, are properly reflected in department policy & procedure, and executed continuously.
Satisfy Lessor Requirement and queries after proper coordination with SV Technical contract department.
Adopt Corporate and SV Technical Services policy, procedures, and strategies.
Monitor aircraft structure and their components through continuous failure analysis surveillance and recommend solution as applicable.
Review and adjust maintenance requirements based on reliability analysis and study.
Liaison with OEMs/Suppliers for technical related issues, and release proper engineering documents for compliance on SV feel type.
Set yearly objective for mechanical On Time Performance (OTP’
Equipment / furnishing retrofits studies based on marketing requirements
Participate in Industry Form Meetings Event / Incidents / accidents analysis.
Support special projects
Support other technical services department by providing available Engineering data as required.
Prepare annual Budget for Structure Department Establish Weight and Balance Program for different fleets
