Job Description:

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the company’s talent acquisition function, including developing and implementing recruiting strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This involves collaborating with hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify talent needs and developing effective sourcing and screening processes to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies that align with the company’s goals and values
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting resources, including job boards, recruiting agencies, and social media platforms
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for key positions
Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a member of the senior management team
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field, with a focus on talent acquisition and management
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience managing a team of recruiters
Knowledge of HR information systems and other recruitment-related software
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proven ability to identify and attract top talent in a competitive market.
