Sales Representative (Manpower Company)
Job Description:
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth for the manpower company by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This involves collaborating with other departments, such as operations and human resources, to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain relationships with clients, including conducting sales meetings and presentations
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and human resources, to develop staffing solutions that meet clients’ needs
Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Monitor and analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
Prepare sales reports and presentations to senior management
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry
Strong understanding of sales best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of sales-related software and tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
