The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth for a building materials company by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This involves collaborating with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain relationships with clients, including conducting sales meetings and presentations
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients’ needs
Provide technical support to clients during the sales process, including answering product-related questions and conducting product demonstrations
Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Monitor and analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
Prepare sales reports and presentations to senior management
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry
Strong understanding of sales best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of sales-related software and tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Technical knowledge of building materials and construction processes
