Job Description:

The Manpower Planning Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the allocation of human resources in a company. This involves analyzing the company’s needs and developing strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining employees to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining employees
Analyze the company’s manpower needs and develop plans to ensure that the company has the right number of employees with the right skills and competencies
Collaborate with department managers to identify their manpower needs and provide guidance on recruitment and workforce planning
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other external partners to source top talent
Develop and manage budgets for recruitment, training, and other workforce-related activities
Monitor and analyze workforce performance and make recommendations for improvements
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to promote employee satisfaction and retention
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in manpower planning or related field
Strong understanding of workforce planning and best practices for recruitment, training, and retention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis
Experience with workforce planning software and tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong leadership and management skills
Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that optimize the allocation of human resources in a company.
