company. They are now looking for

Spare Part & Service Sales Specialist to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide Spare Parts support to Spare Dealers/Customers in Saudi Arabia
Spot the Spare Parts Sales Opportunities in Service from Spare parts dealers and convert
them to orders and revenue through support from Technical Service Team

Understand and manage customer expectations on Spare parts requirements
keeping in mind Promptness Reliability and Kindness which is the fundamental
Convert every lead into opportunities from Distributors for Service and Parts
Process customer Spare Parts orders in SAP on time and improve customer
satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science / Engineering Graduate Degree / Marketing
Knowledge of Spare Parts Business in HVAC industry
Distribution Network Management
Great negotiation skills
Excellent understanding of logistics requirement of Internal and Domestic.
Excellent networking and time management skills
Minimum 5 Years of experience
Ability to make reports and conduct Presentations
