As a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell various real estate properties. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets, and maximize revenue generation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.
Proficient in digital marketing techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
