As an In-Store Sales Consultant (ISC) you are a representative who serves as a brand business manager & influencer. The ISC’s role is to grow the brand & add business in store. He / is held accountable for sales performance by providing excellent customer service, giving product demonstrations & ensuring all brand fixtures & merchandising elements are up to date & maintained accordingly. The ISC is responsible for training the retail staff on product, store merchandizing & maintenance standards
