Desired Qualification: Preferably with a Management Degree/Post Graduate
Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in
Marketing from a reputed Business School.
•To develop an Annual plan for trade promotions in key accounts and traditional trade
taking into account seasonality and other opportunities for increasing consumption
demand, in consonance with the business and sales plan.
•To develop and calendars an activity schedule of trade promotions for specific
channels i.e. Key Accounts, Large Stores, Groceries, Gas stations,
Wholesalers and Institutional Customers.
•To design and execute trade promotions including one off promotional campaigns in
Response to specific competitor activity.
•To analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotion activities to establish
Cause effect relationships and to refine future trade programs.
•To prescribe norms and standards for stock and trade, range selling, merchandising
and visibility and train front line Sales Representatives and Merchandisers to
Execute these norms. Audit outlets and provide feedback for improvement
•For introduction and implementation of world class systems including ERP.
•To be directly accountable for development of employees reporting to him and next
Level.
•To be responsible for implementing Vision and Values of the Group in his
Businesses.
