Education: MBA or equivalent management certifications.
Training requirements (licenses, programs or certificates):
-Diploma or certificates in quality management is an advantage.
-Certificates in ISO 9001:2008 is an advantage.
-Certificate in business process management is an advantage.
Required Experience: 3-10 years of experience.
Knowledge:
-the holder of this job position is preferred to have knowledge in the following areas:
Business process management, project management, change management, strategic analysis and execution, quality management and ISAO 9001:2008 specifications and balanced scorecard.
Skills:
