POSITION:  Planning Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepare, update of WBS & Time Schedule w/ cost & resources loading.
2. Prepare Recovery Plan and revised plan as required and needed.
3. Prepare execution plan.
4. Prepare Procurement Plan, Manpower & Equipment Histogram.
5. Prepare, participate and measure impacts on critical paths, constraints & Risks analysis.
6. Review Project Constructability Plan, Scope of works & specification.
7. Identify project goals and scope, including associated risks and develop a structured approach (project execution plan) to complete the projects in the allotted time frame.
8. Prepare Progress measurement System.
9. Prepare and update Progress reports and systems.
10. Prepare and update Efficiency Reports and systems.
11. Follow up, record and reports all payment certificates and expenses Invoices.
12. Prepare and update the Daily, weekly & Monthly reports.
13. Monitor, follow up, record and report subcontractors SPV.
14. Develop budgets Cash Flow, S-Curve and Estimated Cost To Complete project.
15. Integrate Projects Budget to Support the EVM.
16. Monitor and report resources productivity.
17. Prepare and report Claims Analysis and cost breakdown reports.
