- Bachelor of Commerce or Computers and Information
-Has experience in SQL Server databases.
-Experience in the application of accounting systems
-Collects and analyzes business and accounting cycle and requirements to be implemented on TAB-ERP Solution.
-Operates and observes software system functions to verify correct product/system operation.
-Instructs and Delivers training to users on use of software products.
-Analyzes customer reported problems and reports to appropriate channels problem areas in products.
-Responds to client inquiries concerning product operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
-Responsible for customer’s smooth operation.
-Reports any and all problems which might affect customer operation performance to managerial level as well to customer’s management if needed
-Delivers internal training to newly hired , support staff and new hires in other departments who might require product training.
-Works and interact with development department about implementing new product features , customization , recommended structures and throughput.
-Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager through communication plan.
