Fleet Maintenance Manager

Requirement:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (Automotive).
• Associate trainings in vehicle Maintenance

Duties and responsibilities :

• Provided strong leadership and technical expertise in bus maintenance and maintain repair procedures and continuously apply improvement.
• Resolve maintenance problems as per company standards.
• Recommended measures to improve conditions and operations of buses.
• Maintained records and tracked work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of buses and more through ERP system.
• Designed and documented manuals to simplify work for maintenance departments.
• Skilled to manage a country wide maintenance team and manage maintenance managers
• Aware of managing maintenance plan for extensive diverse type buses
• Aware of building a maintenance budget for fleet buses above 10000 vehicles
• Minimum of 10 years in vehicle maintenance with 5 years managerial level
• Fully aware of key performance indicators for automotive

Other Contributions:
• Different techniques and guidelines to ensure all maintenance workers are following Company policies and guidelines.
• Recommend different methods of improvement in current workshops facility.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
