-- Civil Engineer
-- Experience not less than 15 years, at least 10 years in infrastructure projects.
-- Preferable to have experience in multinational organizations.
-- Age not more than 40 years.
-- Project Management skills.
-- Negotiation and communication skills
-- Team leader personality.
-- Very good in English language (writing/speaking).
